Today is my usual weigh in day and I was a little nervous because I started my period, and usually on my period my weight will go up and down like crazy. But this time, I lost weight! Here's to another good day.
282.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 122.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I so contribute it to my busy day and eating so excellent yesterday. It's probably mostly water weight, 'cause I got down to this weight last week, but I had several graduation parties that I attended over the past weekend and shot back up to 285.5, I think my body is just shedding all of the water weight. Still, it's great to see! Thanks so much for the encouragement, I appreciate it sooooo much!
