been eating a lot less this past week not forcibly. just haven't had the appetite. i imagine that i may have been over-eating before, as now i can see th weight coming off easier. cut down on fruit as well. and still no bready carbs.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
