Day 6 of Atkins, I waited one extra day to log 179.8 just in case it was false, but it stayed for 2 days so I'm very pleased! Starting today I will add some high fiber carbs back in (starting w/oatmeal and low carb bread only). I'll be very happy to maintain 179 for the whole winter! I WILL DAMN IT.
