Day 2 of South Beach phase 1. Cheated with pomegranate, a bounty bar, a few haribos and a half a cup to a cup of basmati rice in the evening!
177.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
