It's time to quit avoiding this. I've got to get back on the ball. Still not sure what to do about physical activity at this point. I've been running crazy. My Autistic Daughter's doctor is concerned she may be suffering from Depression. So we've stepped up counselling. We need to do blood work (which is a whole other journal entry)and I'm trying to work with the school on her services there. The Doctor wants to look at rtying an anti-depressant. I'm not terribly keen on that idea.
Work is crazy, as usual. I feel better able to tackle everything since I had a week to recharge, but time is always at issue. So much to do, and only so many hours in the day.
It's time to get creative.
