My husband and I have made a deal. He is a pack a day smoker and has tried a few times to stop, he will cut back alot and has quit but then for whatever reason starts again. Anyway, the deal we made is for every 5 lbs I lose he loses one smoke from his pack, by the time I lose 105 lbs he should be stopped smoking. We will see how that goes.

Great deal perhaps you should have went for every 2.5 lbs a little easir that way for both of you. But go get him you can get down to 105 just lots of hard work ahead and remember it is 80% mental and 20% physical
