After day 1 of South Beach Phase 1 with minor cheats (bit of rice, polenta, cereal bar, and pomegranate)
179.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is this the first time you went on South Beach? I read the books and made a couple of the recipes...I knew right away it wasn't going to work for me.
