scale went up from eating over carbs, need to try to be more diligent and eat the veggies instead.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1410 kcal Fat: 106.54g | Prot: 79.12g | Carb: 51.72g.   Breakfast: olive oil, butter, whipped cream cheese, unsweetened cocoa powder hershey, MIM Muffin in a Minute. Lunch: fully cooked bacon, eggs, whey protein gnc, mild provolone, sausage breakfast johnsonville. Dinner: yellow pepper, mushrooms, black olives, avacado, cauliflower. Snacks/Other: whipped cream, sugar free jello. more...
