Good morning. I finally got a great night's sleep. Maybe it was the extra exercise or the low stress day I don't know, but I feel well rested and ready to meet the day.

Pedometer results from yesterday:

10026 steps
3.79 miles
539 calories burned
1.54 activity hours (70 mins was an elliptical workout)

32 points yesterday, 1410 calories consumed.

Plan for today:

Company's payroll
Clean garage and downstairs of house
Run on the elliptical during Rachel Ray again
Go to my zumba class tonight.
Sleep great again tonight
Misc. Stuff that creeps up
