I am not able to weigh in today because we are at the land and have no scales here . I know my weight is a lot higher then the last time I weighed in on here . I have to do something about my weight , I am 58 years old and I want to be around for my family . My husband has fibromyalgia and I don't know how long he will be able to continue everything he does for us , I have to be able to do when he is no longer able to .My knees and hips hurt so bad when I go to bed t night . I have to change the way I eat , I just can't make myself exercise (I HATE IT ). Any suggestions on eating and recipes would be greatly appreciated !
