Its 12.10 am here and I am still not sleeping. Maybe because I've just started drinking on unsweetened black coffee in the evening to boost my stamina for the strength training at night. I found out that I am less tired after consuming caffeine and I can push my workout a bit harder.

Can anyone comment on my food diary for today. Its an increase on my calories intake. Huuu..

Your foods look good, but you are low in fiber today. Eat 14 almonds instead of 4. Or eat a high fiber low carb vegetable: broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, celery, eggplant, Romaine lettuce, mushrooms, radishes, cabbage, bell peppers, Snow Peas (edible pod), zucchini squash, mustard greens, chicory, endive, collard greens, avocado, spinach, chard.

Popcorn is a healthy food, if you don't add butter and salt, and is high fiber but it has carbs. Corn is not a veggie, but a whole grain. I think corn many years ago was a healthy choice, but here in the US it has been changed in its nature, to be more sweet. Corn from a can might have added sugar in it, too. Check the sugar content before you eat it.
