I have exercised the majority of days this past week and have kept a record of everything in the journal. I find that by updating my food journal and exercise journal as I go, I am keeping an eye out on the calories that I am consuming and am making better food choices (most of the time!) (-;

I am doing the Jenny Craig Diet on my own this time. I have all the plans and guidelines so I'm using that. The Diet Calendar is very helpful to me as it's good to have a way of keeping focus - as apposed to having to weigh in at a JC centre.

Also by joining a fatsecret challenge I am hoping will help with the motivation.
