So today I think everyone should drink more water... not because it flushes out your system, but because you get more exercise having to walk back and forth to the bathroom!

I just chuckled after reading your post. I've been really good about drinking lots of water... but I swear, I get up from my desk, walk to the bathroom, come back and already I have to go again! :)

I was thinking yesterday when I had to get up like every 15 minutes to go pee - "wonder what these people think when I keep walking by them"...LOL
Water is good for you! Hard to drink but good for ya :)

The meals that you read the other day were amazing and thanks! And lol to the walking to get water bit :)
lately I have been getting up 3-times a night to go pee and its driving me crazy I just want to sleep! That salmon sounds good!
