I was hungry all day yesterday. Did a lot at the gym to hopefully offset it all. Feeling a bit better today....not like I want to eat everything in sight.

I find if I up my fat intake.. it helps me feel satiated/satisfied. Add some cheese to the eggs in the morning, or as a snack. I hate that feeling like I just want to eat everything in sight... yuck. But it sounds like your sailed through with flying colors!
