Walking in My Shoes.

The last 6 months I've been eating like crap and spending more money than I earn while eating horrendous. Anyways, Sunday a tornado went through my town and I realized how fortunate I am to have my health. Needless to say, this pushed me a little more than my already there motivation after reading my 'Running' Magazine. My new way of life started yesterday of eating healthy and working out way more often than I have been. I'm feeling really great about my new way of life!

Today was overall good and realized that I can cut at LEAST 100 calories easily by cutting out cheese. There are other things that I could cut out or substitute and am sure I will gradually do so. I don't even know why I really eat cheese...I can barely taste it when I mix it with stuff (except pizza, of course). I guess I am a Wisconsin girl at heart. I ran today too but the Jers was not cooperating very well. Plus, I broke my I-Pod armband while trying to change the song. Why are those thing so difficult to function?! Is there a wrist one out there somewhere or a 'necklace' one? Bueller...Bueller...Bueller? Anyone out there?!
