I love protein powder!
I have that with my morning and lunchtime smoothies, so I find I don't need to eat much during the day (which is why I find myself wanting food of a night but I do try hard to contain myself.
I'm also taking some Lasix to help with my water retention. I find that I can lose a couple of kilos alone just by peeing out water.
Exercise - Monday to Friday 30/40 minute walks. Saturday & Sunday 15 minute walks.
