Keep Those Calories Burnin
My new plan of action is to go jog up and down the street when I feel the urge to eat between meals. It is getting nicer outside, and I have to do something to stop all this eating. It is like one meal doesn't end it just runs into the next. I can jog up and down the street even when I am home alone with the kids. I am hoping to make it to the gym this afternoon after lunch and before Michael gets home. I just have to start putting my foot down and saying I am going, not hoping to.

One The Diet Front
Well I will just consider yesterday my two treat days for this week in one. It was horrible and I am hoping to do much better from here on out.

I have had my slim fast this morning and I need to stock up on healthy snacks again. I will probably have an apple after jogging this morning. I had gone out once and jogged for about 5 minutes and will head out again in just few minutes. Then I should be able to hit the shower and still make it to the horses before 10am. We will have beef stroganoff again tonight for dinner I just don't have a plan for lunch which could be the bad choice to do the day in if I don't pick carefully.

John made it home by 730 last night, so I was worrying over nothing. But I didn't know that it was nothing til he got home. Our garage sale didn't do too well because of the weather, so we are trying again this weekend and I will have Friday Saturday and Sunday (after church) to spend with it so hopefully will do a lot better. We have a lot of furniture and baby stuff which is normally the hot seller but we only had like 3 or 4 people stop. I will take everything out Wednesday and wash it all down and get everything cleaned up and nice. Well I hope everyone has a wonderful day, I am off to jog some more.
