We went out for Chinese last ngith, I am never sure about how to list these food entries so I will not try, I will state that I ate as close to the program as I could, 1.5 lb gain on the scales is pretty much pro for the course with me. did Callanetics for the back last night and doing the standard 1 hr Callanetics routine today, so far so good, just going real slow.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
