Hey I'm Adrienne and I'm new to this. I'm 14, and I am taking a health class. We checked BMI, and it said I'm overweight. I've noticed that I've been gaining and I feel like I'm going to break a chair each time I sit on it. I weighed 145 the other night, but in the morning I weigh 140.
I hate exercise but I'm willing to do whatever to weigh at least 125 by 10th grade. :)

Hello! Your weight will change throughout the day by +/- 5lbs. Try to weigh yourself at the same time each weigh day (once a week) to really know where you're at. BUT - the BMI charts are a general reference for an average body type. For some people, the "healthy" range is not reasonable. Don't put too much worry on "overweight".
Ask yourself; Are you healthy? Do I eat natural and whole foods daily? Do I eat vegetables and lean meats? Do you get exercise daily? Exercise can be walking or playing games... it doesn't have to be working out and lifting weights.
Tracking your food & knowing what you eat is a good thing to do. Worrying about being overweight is not.
Sorry ... didn't mean to get on a soapbox, just want to be helpful!
