not so nice out today... -_- Oh well, tomorrow will be sunny! Annnd, I'll be, if things happen as they should, be going to the movies with some people! :D And that dude will be there...gotta try not to act like a complete idiot(good luck!)

I snuck a peak at the scale this morning...151 lbs! Hmm, something may be off, though. I'm also *just* started menstruating(I'm sure you all wanted to know that lol) so I may even be retaining an extra pound...idk. We'll see what the scale says Thursday morning for the "official" weigh-in.

I'm starting to have food issues again. It's starting to get really hard for me to let myself eat enough...again. I'm trying to eat as little as possible, and I know that's not good. I purged this morning just for having some hummus and jam(not at the same time!) because my small breakfast didn't satisfy me...I wasn't hungry, though. Ugh!

I just feel like such a fat loser for having to eat every couple of hours. I feel like restraining myself if the only way I'll see progress. It's just so discouraging to see myself in the mirror(despite all the improvements) and then see other girls and know that I'm nowhere near that.

I know I shouldn't get this way, but it's so tempting to let myself get sucked back into not eating and just let it all go. I'm going to keep trying, though. I know it won't be instant results(despite how much I wish it would be) and I need to focus on that. I'm come so far, and the temptation to speed it up is so great. I gotta do this...

Jackie you have done so well these past few weeks - forget this morning and get back on track now. The people you are going to the movies with want to go with you as you are, not for who you think you should be in your mind, so relax and enjoy it....even better if that dude is there :)

Thanks guys. My yoga class actually kind of cleared my head a bit; I'll definitely be going there every Monday. :) And if you're talking to me Coach, that's fine lol. I'm a bit worried though XD
