Alert: I reached a new all time low this morning! YAY me! Although I'm actually below my "maintenance weight", I'm not actually TRYING to lose more... With discipline, hard work, and a LOT of sweat... the same effort I put in to lose the weight, the weight continues to drop. That said, it's not the scale number I feel best about, but all the NSV I've had along the way. I just FEEL GREAT, and LOOK HEALTHIER!

Thanks to all my FS Buddies who have encouraged and INSPIRED me to do the RIGHT THING over the past 1.7 years.

Have a WONDERFUL Thursday everyone!

182.1 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fantastic! Agreed, while the scale number is good, the most important part is how you feel and your health. Keep it up.
