The stomach does not get to win. I have to remember that I can't eat like normal people. I have to be conscious 100% of the time about what is going in my body. I am going to beat this thing.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
