Well here I go... Did really well on Atkins but then for the better part of two years I've been making bad choices. Time to fix this. Gimme anything you got tips to get on the right track, ideas, encouragement... Ill take it all.

Go to Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". It always motivates me. They have pics, quotes, recipes, etc. You can find Atkins stuff on there too. Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. My sister lost a lot of weight just doing that. It makes you more aware of how many steps you are taking and you tend to find ways of walking more.
