1 wk (7 days), I'm a bit frustrated as I stepped on the scale this morning. No headway in 3 days. Liz wanted takeout. I wanted take out too but not at the expense of holding strong to my diet. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun. This is the first time in my life that I have left fries on my plate.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am overweight and read a lot about but never use it I prefer to eat a little and drink a lot of water but this diet interested me a lot have you lot experience with this diet.

I've got 9days of experience but a lot of research. Two of my friends are living the paleo lifestyle and they can't stop singing the praises of how it makes you feel.
