1 wk (7 days), I'm a bit frustrated as I stepped on the scale this morning. No headway in 3 days. Liz wanted takeout. I wanted take out too but not at the expense of holding strong to my diet. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun. This is the first time in my life that I have left fries on my plate.
