Today I went to the YMCA to do my workout. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Doing my very best at staying on track with food and my commitment to exercising daily. Today was a beautiful day and I certainly want to take advantage of all the lovely days before our rainy season hits. It was a great day, hoping tomorrow is equally nice. Hope my buddies had a great day as well.

I'm so glad for you Bea! I was having a really tough time getting back on track, but suddenly the light has come back on (I hope). You are one of the people who inspire me to continue.
