I was off of FS for a week and I gained 2lbs, wehhh! I've had a craaazy week, and I could list all of the excuses but I'd rather just promise myself I'll get back on track. And I don't wanna make myself look like a liar! So here we go, square one again.

I'm just happy to be alive, healthy, and able to make my own choices. HAPPY MONDAY!! <3
215.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
