I went to the doc on Friday and found out I have ear infection, so I'm glad I went. Hopefully the week long course of antibiotics will kick this bug out once and for all. If not, I'm heading straight to the ear, nose, and throat doctor instead of my regular doctor. I still get pretty tired once I'm up and going for a bit, but I'm feeling better.
I've been eating horribly, so this week I really need to work on it. I keep saying that I need to eat better, so now's the time for action. My hubby has been on a good healthy eating kick, so that should help me too. I know if I eat better it will help me feel better, so that should be all the motivation I need, but for some reason I forget that and go for the chocolate, or other junk.
Exercise has been nonexistent too. Today I'm going to try to do a short workout or walk after work. This week will be a more normal week, so I'm going to try for at least 3 days of exercise after work. It's so easy to get out of the routine, and so hard to get back into it. I know my body image is so much better when I'm exercising, even if I'm not losing, so that should be motivation enough.
