All right. I am now officially FRUSTRATED! I have been doing the same diet I have done in the past, almost to the T, and I have not lost 1 pound. This is now week number 4 I am starting. I can't help it, I am pissed. Anyway, at least my clothes are slightly looser. once this is done, i have to try something else. i am working out like a beast, eating clean, barely any carbs, lots of veggies and a moderate amount of fruit. What the hell? The only thing that makes sense to me is maybe i'm not eating enough. I'm often under 1200 calories for the day. Smoothies and soups just don't amount to much.
Oh well. 2 more weeks and we'll see where we are. I finally know why others get frustrated. Never been here before.
