First day of induction! It's went well! I think I might be feeling just a little bit tired than usual (@10 net carbs for the day), and craving sweets just a bit, but not bad.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
