I really hope I'm not back up this pound on Monday, as I'm attending a wedding tomorrow. Here's to only eating half my dinner and giving the other half to my husband, so I can still have half of my dessert. :)
167.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
