Don't check in as much any more but still on track. Got a little disappointed when I found out the scale I was using was 20 25 pounds off before but I'm now under where it said I was then so I'm ok. Feeling better now that pain and mental health are getting better
229.0 lb Lost so far: 209.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.5 lb a week
