Not surprising at all. I will be weighing myself everyday from now on just until I am more disciplined and binge eating less!

After I recorded everything I binged on Tuesday, whether I purged or not, I got a real shock! That was a lot of calories for one day! And the scary thing is that I have been following the same routine for a few months now!

I am happy that I moved yesterday. I stayed way too busy to think of binge eating and even though I still had fast food for brunch, it was because I was actually hungry.

I am really going to work hard to stop this binging and purging and eat healthy. The security complex I moved to has a gym on site with free access to residents, so I have no excuse anymore. I want to finish unpacking this week and start on Monday with an exercise routine. I just want to imprint a new routine and habit into my brain, which does not include triggers that cause binges!!
172.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
