It's the beginning of the month! In my view...it's a fresh start. No I am not restarting my P90X3. I am actually almost complete with Block 1. I am going to make more effort to do that Yoga for Weight Loss at night though. I am approaching this month with positivity that everything will work out and things will get better. Last month wasn't too bad but it could have been better if that makes sense. I am going to make it a point to get my scheduling/routine set and not stray too much from this. I will be taking pictures of myself after work so I can see the progress being made and to share my success (or failure) with the wonderful supportive family here.

So my working out is getting better and I am going to make sure I don't slip up on this. My eating...I mean it has greatly improved but I still have those things I shouldn't eat...like today for example. I am eating a hot pocket. Only one...but I am not going to kick myself for it. It's delicious lol! No it will not become a habit but it's not bad to have it every now and then.

Daily Summary
*Oil Pulling: My teeth are getting better and better. My gums seem so much more healthy and my teeth are getting whiter. My coconut oil is now more a solid so that means cooler weather! :)

*P90X3: Today was the Accelerator and because I have never done it before...it was extremely hard. I didn't know what to expect and had to stop periodically but this will change as time goes on. I have to say that I am very much enjoying the P90X3 program and plan to go back through once I complete the full 90 days. :)
