Feeling motivated today but the past few days have been really rough. My mood and eating have been really bad and I haven't gotten in any workouts. Today I have been excellent I have been on my eating plan and I got in 30 min. cardio and 50 Crunches, 50 Squats and 30 Pushups so far.
