Morning weigh in of 215.6 after moving a lot of water yesterday evening. On the move all day so protein bars are my sustenance! Will target 1600 calories on weekdays and then indulge a bit on weekends to average 1900 calories per day in October. On my way back to the 190s!
210.8 lb Lost so far: 114.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
