Here we are at October 1st, how time flies. 3 months since my RNY and I am so happy. Lots of energy, never hungry, and feel 10 years younger, and I am only half way thru my weight loss journey! A few little changes for the new month: changed to Silk Protein Soy Milk for smoothies and sf/ff puddings; decided that even the tiny thin whole grain crackers were too many carbs (became bird food); and have been adding tiny amounts of low sugar fruits and some soft cooked vegetables.
Here are the 10/1/14 measurements:
