Brenda1221's Journal, 01 October 2014

The Holidays are coming with all the concentration on food. I am bracing myself and my sweet-tooth to face these days with resolve and take it one day at a time. It has started with Donuts and candy at work in the break room. Prayer helps, I ate fruit I brought from home. I can do this holiday season with no increase in weight because I love my healthier body.

We've got this! Its a tough time of year. Between the State Fair of Texas, the holidays, and about 10 birthday/work celebrations this month alone....I'm worried. But you are so right, Prayer and preparation are key!!
