I am having trouble staying away from sweets. Is there anything that is sweet that does not have a lot of sugar in it besides fruit?

How do I customize food to add to my diet calender?

To customize a food: Go to "Enter Food". Click on "Add Item". Type the name of the item you want to customize, and Click on the words "New Item". Then follow the steps on the next screen that pops up. See ya, Francine

Fruit does have a lot of sugar in it. You could always try a sugar replacement like splenda
