Here's how it is.

My dad is a truck driver. He comes home maybe once every three months, and when he does, it is usually a week long binge.
He cooks, constantly. It's his one joy in life, and he does it really well.
The problem is that when he is home, he guilts and prods until everyone overeats. Every time.

I had mentioned to him briefly that I have been watching my diet. He directly told me, a week in advance, that he would change that.

I am 24. My dad has a lot of issues, and at this point, I know better than to try not eating when he's home.

That is my explanation.

At the same time, I did weigh myself before he came home, and I WAS at 300, so going up three lbs isn't the worst possible conclusion to four days of him being home.

But I'm already tired of eating, so going back to watching my intake should be easy enough.
304.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 104.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
