Now that I have joined Fat Secret I will need access to a scale! I'm excited to achieve my goal weight of 160 pounds, and I feel inspired by this community. So, the runners are going to be dusted off and I'm hitting the streets again, after so many years of not running. Life has taken its toll on me for the past 12 years or so, but things have settled down now and I'm feeling like myself again. And that means losing the weight, eating for nutrition, and feeling the joy of exercise once again.
