I get weighed far too often, I know I do. I notice and take on board every up and down, it's so easy to get obsessed and it's so unhealthy. It's a struggle to resist weighing in more often too. Even if I can notice a difference in the way my clothes fit, if I don't see a number it's still somehow disappointing. It shouldn't be. I'm getting back into more of my old clothes every week. I say old, they're in great condition cos I hardly had chance to wear them! But I can now.
