Summer is over and it time to get back on track. Hoping for fast results!
171.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1217 kcal Fat: 45.90g | Prot: 70.55g | Carb: 135.21g.   Breakfast: Brummel & Brown Spread made with Yogurt, Milk (Nonfat with Added Vitamin A), Savannah Bee Company Honey, Tea (Brewed), Poached Egg, Toasted Potato Bread. Lunch: Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Tomatoes, Martin's Sandwich Potato Bread. Dinner: White Rice, Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce, Asparagus, Skinless Chicken Breast, Scallions or Spring Onions. Snacks/Other: Blue Diamond Lightly Salted Almonds, Curly's Meaty Baby Back Pork Ribs. more...

I got over wanting fast results a long time ago. The faster it comes off the faster it seems to come back on. Aim for a pound a week and if you get more, yea! If you aim too high, you might get discouraged and give up. The less you weigh to start, the slower it might come off (you might be one of the lucky ones though). If you eat healthy and exercise and live you life, it will come off.
