Just for recording purposes... I don't want to bore anyone..

Had a good sleep, but my dreams were turbulent, in fast succession it would seem. Did wake up at 6h30 feeling alright, non sluggish.

My first day without coffee and hot water with lemon juice.

Ate a breakfast of fruits, lettuce, cottage cheese and some turkey.

Worked, all day, took a lunch break with a plate of chop suey, coconut oil, curry, onion, one small cherry tomato, garlic, soya sauce.

During the day, mild craving for coffee/milk/sugar.

At 5 pm decided to go pick up a toner at a store. During the walk, craving for coffee, which turned into a craving for wine. The 'Oh, why not' dialogue was repetitious during the walk. However, during the walk I started feeling such low energy and with a compression headache. As I came back, halfway through this 2 mile walk, I felt like an old woman. In fact, an old woman would put me to shame. Climbing up my stairs was painful. I also had a lot of hot flashes today. More than usual. I'm 52, it's to be expected.

And yet, 3.5 miles done on Sunday with no problem! A bit tired, but normal.

I did have the coffee this evening.

At Sweeth2th's recommendation, I've been looking into a possible correlation between nightshades and illness. As luck would have it, I just bought a bunch of colored peppers!

It seems that were optimum health is concerned, I'm always behind. No matter what I give up, I still can't feel the way I want to.

(wheat, cigarettes, wine, processed foods, dessert)

When I was young, it use to be just about the weight. Now, it's about the health, being thin and FEELING AMAZING. I want a taste of that! A taste I've never had.
