I have joined a challenge that starts on Tuesday. This challenge would be aproved by my doctor as it is only walking 30 minutes a day for a month. I can do this in my sleep if I just get off my tushie and do it. I am 3 weeks post partum and have been given the green light to start walking each day. I have been so tired all the time and it seems like all I do is sleep and eat just like baby. I really need to get in gear so I can be a little thinner when I return to work in a few weeks.
