Ok, so I have let myself sit at around 165-168 for too long. I have pants I want to wear in a musical in 2 months and right now they are quite uncomfortable though they'll do up.
I want to fit them easily by show time at the start of Dec. so my goal is 155 by then, but I'd like to get back down to 151 before Christmas.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
