Ok, so I only lost 1/2 pound in 2 weeks. I didn't change anything or eat things that I wasn't suppose to. I'm not sure why I can lose 1 pound a week and other times only 1/2 pound in 2 weeks. But it is what it is. I'm getting closer to my goal. After I reach that goal, I will continue to diet and lose more weight. I'd like to get down to 225. All of my friends are impressed with my new look. That's all well and good. It's more important of what I think about myself. I can fit into clothing that I haven't been able to fit in and I am happy with my weight loss. I'm 6' 3" tall so even at 235 pounds, I don't look heavy. I've noticed that my blood sugar goes down with each pound that I lose. That's real good. Providing that I maintain the lower weight, I will avoid being put on insulin. YAY ME!
238.8 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
