losing again, woohoo!!.i have decide that going off my diet is not worth a setback of 4 day's. so here i'am commited to doing the induction properly.i have gone shopping , so there's no more excuses. hope everyone else is doing well. ;)
285.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 125.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
