Goal :)
150.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1342 kcal Fat: 32.32g | Prot: 57.04g | Carb: 216.04g.   Breakfast: light n fit yogurt, swiss miss no sugar added. Lunch: grapes, sunflower seeds, chicken breast, spinach, craisins, fat free raspberry vinaigrette. Dinner: sweet potato fries, Meatless Soyburger, barbeque sauce. Snacks/Other: Chewy Low Fat Chocolate Chunk Granola Bars, mini snickerdoodle cookie, apple. more...
