Goal :)
150.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 April 2011:
1342 kcal Fat: 32.32g | Prot: 57.04g | Carb: 216.04g.   Breakfast: light n fit yogurt, swiss miss no sugar added. Lunch: chicken breast, craisins, sunflower seeds, grapes, fat free raspberry vinaigrette, spinach. Dinner: barbeque sauce, sweet potato fries, Meatless Soyburger. Snacks/Other: apple, mini snickerdoodle cookie, Chewy Low Fat Chocolate Chunk Granola Bars. more...
