Wth happened? I'm guessing the stress in my house. crap. no end in sight for that. guess I gotta start exercising. crap. it's going to be nice here in Chicago land this weekend. guess I'll go for a long walk. it could do me good. I also will go horse back riding, hopefully!!!
163.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You should probably be around 1800 to maintain, and 1400 to lose fat. 1000 is too low and your metabolism is shutdown. 2. With metabolism low, and cravings high, you give in to 4 tacos and 6 orange soda (1000 empty cals), and "ta da"... your body stores 4 lbs of fat gor the famine! Use this calculator, don't drink your calories and you will see results!
