Staying steady. it's been raining here for the last 3 weeks so my usual cardio from tennis has been greatly diminished.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stupid rain....I just bought a spin bike, I am a fair weather outside exerciser (cause I'm a baby lol)...steady is better than gaining, buddy!
